One of the most important things we can learn as followers of Jesus is how to cultivate a genuine, ongoing connection with God—not just during church services or designated quiet time, but throughout our everyday lives.
That's why I'm excited to walk through Secrets of the Secret Place by Bob Sorge together. This will be a practical, presence-centered discipleship series designed to help us slow down, seek God, and grow in our relationship with Him.
We'll be talking about things like:
Developing a deeper hunger for God's presence
Learning to cultivate a personal "secret place" with Him
Growing in prayer and worship
Becoming more aware of God's presence in everyday life
Developing consistency in our walk with Jesus
Moving beyond simply knowing about God into actually knowing Him
How the Series Works:
Each week, I'll share a new devotional lesson based on the book, along with practical encouragement and things you can work through at your own pace.
This isn't about adding another obligation to your already-full life. It's about making space to be with God.
Whether you're brand new in your walk with Jesus or you've been following Him for years, my hope is that this series will encourage you to draw closer to Him and discover the joy of living from His presence.
